...Strategic Retail Design had recognised the value of the shop staff maintaining visual and verbal contact with their customers during the sales process as well as the visual appeal of the “warehouse” in generating that “value for money” feeling. The merchandising equipment was also given this character by being cleverly designed to carry stock boxes at the back of a shoe display with handrails and wheels reminiscent of a warehouse trolley. This format is now in it’s third incarnation to keep up with the fashionistas, albeit a season behind!
