Developing the name Hi~Lo and originating a brand for this new sandwich and coffee shop
A healthy alternative – Strategic Retail Design generated a new name, brand and concept to exploit a “market led” gap in the coffee and sandwich shop sector and firmly aimed the business at the largely untapped “guilt led” customer in the quick food area. Strategic Retail Design developed a concept that would appeal to landlords seeking an alternative to the usual coffee and sandwich shop brands.
Brand name generation - A product range high in fibre, nutrition, goodness, and taste. Low in fat, cholesterol and sugar etc. Hence our naming the business Hi~Lo. We developed a clearly differentiated retail product positioned to tap into the healthy eating trend. We provided name, branding and total retail concept to exploit the gap identified in the coffee/sandwich shop market.
