Interior design and careful project management for Harveys of Bristol

Creating a brand enhancing retail environment – Following EU legislation that meant sherry could only use that name if it was bottled in Portugal Harveys had to radically re-organise it’s famous operation. Having a long tradition in the port of Bristol it decided to move its head office from the huge, now defunct bottling plant outside the town back to it’s roots in Denmark Street, It had it’s famous restaurant and museum of wine there and commissioned Strategic Retail Design to re-design it’s reception and shop which formed the final destination for museum tour guests.

A contemporary wine shop with a clear 300 year heritage - Strategic Retail Design called upon a rich tradition but interpreted it to enhance the household brand name and present it in a contempora and stylish way for an ever more knowledgeable market.
