Restaurant design - Restaurant areas were similarly hard pressed at busy meal times and apart from redesigning the areas to appeal to the student ethos, we reformatted the menu and serving/cooking equipment to provide busy students with nutritious meals…fast. The design work involved completely replanning the kitchen area and cooking/preparation equipment to deliver our revised menu. Re-planning the seating and table areas to cope with different eating speeds and dwell times and generally providing the students with an exciting environmental design and place to eat.
